For founders willing to pay
to skip the next five years.
Apex is a small, founder-led cohort for serious entrepreneurs who'd rather invest in compressed wisdom than rediscover it the slow way. Direct access to Damion, capital placement inside the Vitruvian platform, and a network of operators who've already paid the tuition you're trying to avoid.
Most founders waste their fastest years learning the lessons their mentors already lived. The math is brutal: every wrong hire is six months. Every wrong structure is a year. Every wrong investor is a relationship you spend the next decade unwinding. Apex exists for the founder who has done the math and decided that the most expensive thing in the world is the lesson you have to learn yourself.
This is not a course. It is not a mastermind hosted by someone you've never met. It is a direct, ongoing relationship with Damion Lupo — operator, author, builder of more than fifty companies — and a small cohort of founders deliberately curated to make every member sharper.
Five components. Engineered for compression.
Direct Founder Access
Quarterly one-on-one strategy sessions with Damion. Unlimited async access for the questions that can't wait. No gatekeeper. No "office hours." When you have a decision that matters, the operator is on the other end of the line.
Capital Placement
Apex members receive priority allocation across all three Vitruvian funds, plus access to off-platform deals and co-investment opportunities not available to the public investor base. Your capital and your mentorship live under one roof.
The Cohort
A deliberately small group of operators, founders, and capital allocators. Curated for chemistry and complementary skill sets. The network compounds faster than the curriculum — that's the whole point.
Quarterly Intensives
Two-day in-person gatherings, four times a year, hosted in working environments — not hotels. Real strategy work, real teardowns of real businesses, real introductions to the people who can move your roadmap forward by quarters.
The Vitruvian Operating System
The frameworks Damion has used to build, scale, and exit more than fifty companies — distilled, documented, and delivered as a working operating system. Not a "framework deck." A practical, decision-grade toolkit you'll use every week.
The honest fit-check.
Apex is built for the founder who:
- Has built a real business already (typically $[1M+] revenue or comparable traction).
- Has the capital and the conviction to invest in mentorship as an asset class.
- Wants to deploy capital alongside the mentorship — not separately.
- Will show up. This is not a passive subscription.
- Treats compression of time as the highest-leverage purchase available.
And who should pass.
Apex isn't the right fit if you:
- Are looking for tactics. We work on judgment, structure, and capital — not hacks.
- Want a course you can binge in a weekend. The format is a relationship, not a curriculum.
- Are pre-revenue and looking for a place to figure out what to build.
- Want anonymity. Apex works because the cohort knows each other deeply.
- Aren't prepared to write a check that reflects the value of the time being compressed.
"I joined Apex because I had a problem I couldn't solve and I knew Damion had already solved it. One conversation rewrote a structure I'd been wrong about for two years. The check I wrote for Apex paid for itself before the first quarterly intensive."
Capacity is capped. Pricing is transparent.
Apex enrolls a maximum of [12] new members per cohort, twice per year. Investment levels are disclosed during the application call to ensure fit before any number is discussed.
Membership Fee
Annual investment in the mentorship and operating system. Disclosed during application call.
Capital Allocation
Minimum $[500K] across the Vitruvian fund family, with priority access and reduced minimums.
Time Commitment
Four quarterly intensives per year, plus monthly cohort calls and async access. Real time, real engagement.
